Quality Control

| Our
quality assurance department is staffed by our QC manager
and an assistant. We operate using statistical process control.
Orders are processed to customer specifications in accordance
with our own strict quality assurance system. Government
and military specifications are also adhered to as required. |
| We
employ four metallurgists on our staff. Our laboratory equipment
enables us to prepare microspecimens and subsequently verify
that all specified microstructure and hardness requirements
have been met following thermal treatment. Products which
require verification of specific mechanical properties are
sent to an independent laboratory. |
